A rough concept sketch. The four point star in the middle would actually be composed of very tight exponential-ish curves, giving it more of a mathematical/accelerating effect as well as a better "spark" (of life?) look. A pattern of parallel x and y lines that concentrate in the center of the star might look niftier than a fill.
"Singularity" and "Institute" are askew to impart a sense of motion.
